You don’t have to make it harder then you think

You don’t have to go 100% all the time.
There really isn’t a point to go 100% all the time either.
The only time you should be going 100% is if you are going 100% in your mind with that workout.
Anything can make you sweat.
Anything can make you sore.
Anything can make you tired.
You should only be focused on making yourself better.
Not how many calories you lost. Or how much weight you think you are going to lose.
Or how long you think you need to workout. Or even if your shirt isn’t sweaty.
You are over thinking everything. Harder isn’t better.
Just being better than you were yesterday is good enough
I am always striving to be better than I was the day before which is what “Dont Let Anyone” was made for.
Don’t let anyone outwork you today. That means you. But it doesn’t mean kill yourself. It means be better than you were yesterday.
I hope you enjoyed this!
