So you decided to embark on this journey of changing your life.


You decided that you are going to fix anything and everything about you.


Yet you see one specific thing you want to change and if that doesn’t change.. you see it as a failure.


Why do you see the scale as the only way you can succeed?


Is it because you see weight as a reflection of you?


Why don’t you see other things progressing as a win?


So what other things are there?


  1. Better sleep

  2. More energy

  3. Less sugar cravings

  4. Feeling full and enjoying the foods more

  5. Stress levels going down

  6. Clothes begin to fit better

  7. Exercise is getting easier and better

  8. Your mood and mental clarity has improved!

  9. It becomes a lifestyle.. not a chore

  10. Feel like a fucking boss... cause that confidence has grown.

So as you can see.. that is a massive list of things that can progress besides one number that is killing your mind.


Weight is not the only thing you should care about progressing on.. you could lose 20 lbs and lose your sleep.. your stress goes higher.. lose your period.. not enjoy eating.. feel like a zombie.. and just hate everything.


Is losing that 20lbs really worth it then?
