You should drink a cocktail during your workout

Are you drinking a cocktail during your workout ? If not you should be because other wise you are really wasting your potential and gains at the gym.
So what kind of cocktail should you be drinking during your workout?
No I’m not talking about a mojito, Manhattan, mai tai, or etc. I am talking about the Anabolic Cocktail. This is the key to a workout and a diet in my opinion.
So what is the anabolic cocktail?
1 part carbs (you can use Gatorade, Powerade, body armor, carb powder, juice, or etc.
1 part Pink Himalayan Salt.
1 part Essential Amino Acids
1 part Creatine Monohydrate
So as you can see.. this is something simple to add into your workout and plus you get to drink Gatorade … remember how great that taste?
The carbs should be fast digesting, which is why I listed those options. These will spike insulin… dont worry it’s okay. This is fine but also the carbs get broken down to glycogen which is #1 for fuel.
The salt is there to drive nutrients into the muscles. The creatine is there to replenish the creatine stores in your body, which in return leads to a greater stimulus for growth.
The insulin spike, the salt, and the essential amino acids also allow your cortisol will stay low which allows the cocktail to be shuttled right to your muscles!
This is a must have in any training program!
