Your diet is BS

Stop with all the bullshit.


Seriously.


You know that “diet” you are doing is not a real diet or a diet that will actually work.


You know that the diet you found will not work for a long time and you know that the quick weight loss you had isn’t real.


Yet you keep lying to yourself and think it’s actually working or will work long term.


That’s bs … you and I both know this. I’m just the one who will actually say that and show you.


You can try a juice cleanse… good for you. That crap doesn’t work. You’ll lose some weight and then blow right back up.


You can try the ketosis diet … good for you. That crap doesn’t work about 99.9% of the time. You will lose water weight quickly and then blow up quickly.


You can try and watch your calories … and eat a diet that is mostly protein and carbs and lose weight.. but also shut down some hormones and lose things (sex drive).


You can do a diet of saying your wanting to eat 2000 calories a day… why is it 2000? Why not 1800 or 2000? Is it because you saw that online.


You can do a diet where you say you will only eat good food and stay away from the bad food. First off what the hell is a good food? Second.. how long can you go without that “bad” food? How quickly do you binge on that ice cream.


I’m not saying I’m the smartest diet coach out there… however I’m smarter than you and it’s because I can call out your bs. And tbh.. that is most likely what your diet is.


Let’s fix that together.
