Is your stomach trying to talk to you and you won’t listen?
Is your stomach looking like you are 6 months pregnant after eating?
Are you going to the bathroom too little? Too much? Not having a proper bathroom trip.
Do you burp up everything you eat? Do you even chew your food? Do you look like a competitive eater?
Do you even think about how your gut is fucking you up daily?
You do realize how important your gut health is. It is your second brain. But it’s more than that.
Your gut allows your food to actually process in your body. It allows the nutrients to processed and used in the body.
It helps protect your immune system!
You need to look into fixing your GI tract. If you have SIBO.. this will be a process.. be okay with it.
If your body can’t digest your food.. you need to look at why! Look at your daily life.. your biofeedback. What foods or things are causing you to have problems.
Are you doing anything to help with digestion ? Chewing more? Breathing more? Slowing down? Eating without TV?
